Everything you need to know, whether you are collecting, reserving packs or considering a My Ripachu machine for your venue.

For collectors

Browse the touchscreen, select your pack, pay with card or contactless, then collect it from the retrieval bin. It takes under 60 seconds.
Every product is sourced from official distributors and remains factory-sealed. Authenticity guaranteed.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Contactless and secure. No cash.
All sales are final once dispensed. If there is a technical issue, contact us and we will sort it.

For venues and businesses

Nothing. There are zero upfront and ongoing costs. You provide the space, we provide everything else, and you earn a share of every transaction.
Approximately 1m × 1m with a standard power outlet nearby. We will assess the space during approval.
We handle everything: restocking, maintenance, support and cleaning. You never need to touch the machine.
You receive a monthly bank transfer with a detailed transaction statement.

Payments and locations

Yes. Our terminals are PCI-compliant and transactions are encrypted. We never store card details.
At premium retail locations across the UK, including shopping centres, hobby shops and entertainment venues. New locations are added monthly, so check our Find a Machine page.
Yes. Get in touch through the Partner With Us form or our contact details below. We are always looking for great new venues.

Returns and partnerships

Contact us with the location and time of your purchase. We will investigate and refund or replace it if you were affected.
Complete the enquiry form on our Partner With Us page. We will be in touch within 48 hours, with no obligation.
Good footfall, 1m × 1m of space, a power outlet and a collector-friendly demographic. Shopping centres, hobby shops and entertainment venues are ideal.
